I can also help with positive behaviour change, for example improving your 'mind-set' or motivation for sport, exercise or other health-related matters, maybe eating or drinking. This might mean using skills and strategies from motivational interviewing, hypnosis and CBT.
Of course, we will discuss a plan that is agreeable for you and your needs from the start.
